At Creepers Socks, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear. If your socks don't provide the perfect fit or support, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn socks in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are still securely attached.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5 business days.
